The  Teachers' Toolkit is a 4 day nuts and bolts impro intensive for K-12 Drama teachers. This practical, on your feet program is designed for beginners, intermediate and rusty others.

Wherever you are in your Drama teaching career, this intensive is for you.

A challenging, thought provoking, confidence boosting and practical skills-based 28 hours of:

long and short form/ warm ups/ warm downs/ games/ scenes/ concepts/ status/ character/ focus/ side coaching/ devising/ narrative/ timing/ spontaneity/ lateral thinking/ invention/ vocal exercise/ singing/ handouts/ lesson plans…

"Whilst I'd been using Lyn Pierse's book for years, her course reminded me, there is no substitute for the real thing. It's the best professional development you'll ever do, while having so much fun!"

Mark Friend - Drama teacher

In a safe and friendly peer group environment, experience first hand what you need to teach. This is an opportunity to 'do' the exercises and improvise. The group is small and the attention is detailed. We cover skills to fit your specific teaching needs.

Most schools will cover the cost, but should you require a letter outlining the value and relevance of this program, Lyn will be happy to write to your principal or head teacher.

Teachers from all over Australia and as far as the Philippines have participated in this 4 day annual program. Sydney Festival takes place in January - It is the perfect time to come and enjoy Sydney!

"The Teachers' Toolkit was an absolute blast! After each activity I knew that my understanding of the activity/technique and my skills as a performer and educator had grown. The tools and resources Lyn equipped us with are invaluable, she has breathed new life into a wide variety of drama games that I have always dreaded using because they had been done to death, but now I can't wait to use them again!"

Troy Ridgway - Drama Teacher and Drama Club Facilitator, St Patrick's College, Tasmania
